Zachary W. Hilton

Zachary Hilton joined Carstens & Cahoon, LLP as an associate in 2006. His primary areas of practice include intellectual property law and aviation law.

Mr. Hilton graduated from Texas A&M University in 1999 with a bachelor of science in wildlife and fisheries sciences. Mr. Hilton earned his law degree from Baylor Law School in 2002 and was subsequently licensed to practice law in Texas. Following law school, Mr. Hilton earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he was an officer of Eta Kappa Nu (Electrical Engineering Honor Society). While earning his engineering degree, Mr. Hilton’s coursework focused on semiconductor device design and control systems.

Mr. Hilton is a licensed private pilot and has earned flight time in various single engine aircraft.

Mr. Hilton is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association.
